What is Restless Leg?
This is a disorder that causes a strong urge to move one's legs named restless leg syndrome (short video). Seemingly, there's often an unpleasant feeling in the legs that improves somewhat with moving them.
Although the FDA has banned the sale of quinine because it reportedly caused some serious side effects (though rare), but it's still available in one form, Qualaquin, for the treatment of malaria, and it's still available in very small amounts in tonic water. And even though tonic water contains only a token amount of quinine (an 8-ounce glass of tonic water has about 20 mg, compared with the 200 to 300 mg dose you'd need), it's still able to help quiet leg cramps for treatment of restless leg syndrome.
Bed Soap Bar
Taking a bar of soap to bed, under the sheets, between or near the legs, or even holding it during sleep, helps to reduce nocturnal restless leg cramps.
Please remember that (in case one were using other prescription medications) it's always a good thing to first consult with a healthcare practitioner (or doctor) before starting any new treatment (either naturopathic or homeopathic doctor, best).
