What is Sciatica?
This malady named sciatica refers to symptoms of leg pain, also possibly either tingling, numbness, and/ or weakness that originate in lower back and resonate through buttock and down large sciatic nerve in back of each corresponding leg.
One might find relief by using inexpensive heating pads set on a low or mediumsetting, Used on the lower back for around 15 to 20 minutes daily. This might be practiced around every two or three hours, several times a day for treating sciatica.
Ice Packs
Use of ice packs (or a package of frozen vegetables wrapped in towel) work great for instant relief. Use (pack, if not packs) for 20 minutes on the area (of pain ) every two hours until sciatica pain dissipates.
