Hair Loss Natural Health Healing TipsFenugreek
Fenugreek, also known as methi, is highly effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds (see vitamins, etc.) contain hormone antecedents that fortify hair growth and help rebuild hair follicles. They also contain proteins and nicotinic acid that stimulate hairs growth. First, soak one cup fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, grind them to make paste. Then, apply paste to hair then cover with shower cap. After about 40 minutes, rinse hair. Do remedy every morning for a month. Indian GooseberryFor natural and fast hair growth, you can use Indian gooseberry, known also as amla. It's rich in vitamin C, of which a deficiency in the body can cause hair loss. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and the exfoliating properties present in Indian gooseberry can help maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair growth.
First, mix one tablespoon each of either Indian gooseberry or amla pulp and lemon juice. Next, massage scalp with (this) mixture thoroughly. Cover hair with a shower cap. Leave (this) on overnight and shampoo hair in morning (time). Please remember that (in case one were using other prescription medications) it's always a good thing to first consult with a healthcare practitioner (or doctor) before starting any new treatment (either naturopathic or homeopathic doctor, best).
