This malady is a common and dangerous condition named high blood pressure that is also known as hypertension. It's when the pressure of the blood in your blood vessels is higher than it should be.
-1-2 teaspoon of dried hibiscus (see vitamins, etc.)
-1 cup of fresh, piping hot water -Honey, lemon, or 1-2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
Directions
Boil water and add the hibiscus and cinnamon sticks (by option) and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Use honey or lemon to taste, and drink 2-3 times daily. Also makes a lovely iced tea for those sticky hot summer times to help control high blood pressure.

Drink 8 ounces 1-2 times daily. Mornings ideal if you have it once a day, while morning and night works well if you opt to drink it twice a day.
